Cancellation Policy
Reminders Please come to your appointment alone (Babies are more than welcome to join you) Please come with clean, freshly washed (within the past 24 hours) smooth hair, especially for colour appointments if you're a new colour client You must have had a colour consultation with me no less than 48 hours prior to your appointment All deposits are non refundable + you will be charged full price if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or no show Please bring cash when possible Policies All new colour clients must attend a consultation + skin test, before booking in a colour appointment. I do not work on Sunday or Tuesday's, so if your colour appointment is on a Monday, your consultation must be done the week before. Failure to turn up to consultations and skin tests, means your colour appointment is automatically cancelled + your deposit is lost if you have a appointment booked. I do not lighten or colour over previously box/home dyed hair. If you book a appointment without reading my policies + during your consultation and I notice you've box dyed, I will not go through with the colour appointment + your deposit will be lost. Please do not lie to me about what is on your hair, whether it was done professionally or by yourself. If you have booked online and chosen to not read or you ignore my policies, you turn up for a consultation + I can't go through with the colour service, your deposit is still non-refundable. You can change your appointment a maximum of 2 times before your deposit is lost and you must pay a new one. If you are more than 20 minutes late for an appointment, I may not be able to go through with entire service if it is going to run into another appointment. E.G, if you're booked in for a full head highlights but are more than 20 minutes late, I will only be able to offer you a 3/4 or half head. However you will still be required to pay for what you have originally booked in for. If you cancel your appointment with more than 2 days notice, your deposit can be transferred to another date, but not refunded. this can be done 2 times, the 3rd time being the final transferrable date. If you cancel your appointment with less than 2 days notice, you're required to pay 50% of the service. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or you no-show the appointment your deposit is lost + you are required to pay for the full service. Failure to send over the payments owed, means I will no longer be able to do your hair.
