IF YOU CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH MORE THAN 2 DAYS NOTICE, YOUR DEPOSIT CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER DATE, BUT NOT REFUNDED. THIS CAN BE DONE 2 TIMES, THE 3RD TIME BEING THE FINAL TRANSFERRABLE DATE.

 

IF YOU CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT BEFORE THE 48 HOUR TIME, YOU HAVE 1 MONTH TO RESCHEDULE LE YOUR APPOINTMENT TO KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT.

 

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH LESS THAN 2 DAYS NOTICE, YOUR DEPOSIT IS LOST AND YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE REMAINDER AMOUNT OF THE SERVICE.

FAILURE TO TURN UP TO CONSULTATIONS AND SKIN TESTS, MEANS YOUR COLOUR APPOINTMENT IS AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED AND YOUR DEPOSIT IS LOST IF YOU HAVE PRE BOOKED A APPOINTMENT.
