Hiiii! My name is Lucy Ansboro and I am a Balayage and Blondes Specialist, a L’Oréal Colour Specialist, and I also specialise in weft, tape, nano's, and keratin-tip extensions.

 

I have recently started taking on weddings and bridal hair again — finding my love for them has been absolutely amazing! From soft romantic waves to elegant updos, I adore creating those special looks that make brides feel their most beautiful and confident on their big day. I’m so, so, so excited to have my wedding diary open again and to be part of so many special mornings.

 

I am a freelance hairstylist, which means I have the freedom to work where I want and when I want — whether that’s in the studio or on-location for weddings.

 

After working alone in a studio for 3 years, I recently made the move to a beautiful salon in south Liverpool called Gallagher & Washington and I honestly can tell you its been the best decision. Being around other incredible stylists again and being in a true salon environment is just what I need.

 

I LOVE everything to do with hair; it truly is my passion. I began hairdressing at the age of 17 in Liverpool, where I am now self-employed with an amazing and loyal clientele behind me. 11 years later, I’m still working hard to grow, create new opportunities, and continuously improve so I can offer my clients the very best services.

 

I’ve trained with L’Oréal, Beauty Works, Bellami, and some of the best hairdressers in the industry. Education is so important to me — it’s a necessity in this ever-changing field — which is why you’ll always find me somewhere in England on a course, learning more and refining my craft.
